Qualifications

• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs/M SL roles.
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging neurologists, metabolic specialists, and other specialized healthcare professionals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to travel up to 70% by air or car.

Responsibilities

• Execute national medical strategies and engage regional accounts with national significance.
• Develop regional medical business plans aligned with national strategy.
• Contribute scientific expertise to pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
• Support medical education initiatives and speaker programs in compliance with policy.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Strategy and Advocacy teams.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and new hires.
