Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Mortgage Home Lending Center Loan Officer. Based remotely, you will support the Strategic Initiative Team and recommend loan solutions to customers and prospects sourced through firm platforms.

You will manage relationships, develop loan solutions, ensure compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to close mortgage transactions, while analyzing financial data for complex borrowers.

Qualifications

• University/college degree typically required or equivalent.
• Background checks per CFPB regulations.
• Licenses: comply with CFPB/SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions to existing firm's customers and/or prospects sourced through firm's strategic initiative platforms.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships and develops new client opportunities.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions, reviews documentation for compliance, and manages the customer pipeline.
• Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for complex borrowers.
