Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking an experienced MLOps/AIOps Architect to drive end-to-end MLOps strategy and contribute across enterprise AI programs. The role requires a strong architectural mindset, hands-on depth, and the ability to design scalable, cloud-native ML operations for traditional ML and modern LLM workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML/AI engineering or MLOps with strong architecture exposure.
• Experience leading enterprise-grade MLOps strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to adopt enterprise-grade MLOps platforms with client data science teams.
• Strong AWS cloud-native ML stack experience (SageMaker, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement the MLOps strategy aligned with project roadmap.
• Design ML/LLM pipelines for training, validation, deployment, versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Build container-oriented ML platforms (EKS-first) and evaluate orchestration tools (Kubeflow, SageMaker, MLflow, Airflow).
• Implement hybrid MLOps + LLMOps workflows including prompt/version governance and monitoring for LLM systems.
• Serve as technical authority across internal and customer projects, sharing patterns and reusable frameworks.
• Enable observability, drift detection, lineage tracking, and auditability across ML/LLM systems.
• Define standards for deployment, monitoring, governance, automation for production-grade reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineering, platform, DevOps and client stakeholders to deliver production ML solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance for cloud services, Kubernetes workloads and MLOps tools.
• Mentor engineers on MLOps tools and best practices.
