Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the AIDR Engineering Team. You will support high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, collaborate with data scientists, and help deploy scalable AI solutions across enterprise products.

You will contribute to data engineering, model training, and evaluations, while mentoring peers and driving architecture improvements. A remote, full-time role with strong emphasis on collaboration and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting data science with data engineering and architecture.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and architectures.
• Knowledge of scalability, sharding, partitioning, and concurrency in distributed systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative, test-driven environment.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality, well-tested software.

Responsibilities

• Innovate with state-of-the-art ML tech to accelerate data science.
• Provide pragmatic support for fast-moving research and development teams.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluation of models.
• Analyze and identify vulnerabilities or gaps in systems.
• Collaborate across teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end development, testing, deployment and monitoring of changes.
