Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• MSME a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of lead mechanical engineering experience in an MEP consulting environment.
• Mission critical project experience required - data centers, or equivalent high-availability facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and multidisciplinary coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/HVAC design for mission critical facilities, including data centers and other high-availability environments.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; provide construction administration support.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing from kickoff through closeout.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance; support proposal development and workload forecasting.
