Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical affairs experience
• Experience in immunology preferred
• Experience developing medical education materials required
• Experience in medical publications preferred
• Strong knowledge of review processes and content compliance
• Excellent written and spoken English with flawless grammar
• Ability to interpret complex data for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of medical affairs and scientific exchange materials
• Partner with medical communications agency to meet timelines and objectives
• Review, annotate and proofread materials for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor deadlines and budget to ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Identify and secure copyright licenses as needed
• Participate in MRC review processes as needed
• Identify opportunities for omnichannel medical communication and engagement
• Assist in congress planning and development of materials and training
• Support planning and narrative development across channels and teams
