Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for USCAN remotely to lead regional marketing, owning campaigns across Life Sciences, Diagnostics and Reproductive Health. You’ll partner with USCAN sales and global teams to plan and execute measurable campaigns and drive disciplined lead follow-up from generation through to revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in scientific/healthcare settings.
• Master's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Analytical, budget management, communication, influence and presentation skills.
• Proven success in integrated campaigns across SEM, ABM, webinars, social, email and events.
• Experience leading a regional marketing organization in a complex global business.
• Knowledge of US/Canada life sciences, diagnostics and reproductive health markets.
• Experience with marketing automation, SEO/SEM, CMS, and ABM platforms.
• Power BI for analysis, and Workfront/Asana for workflow and resource mgmt.
• Strong project management, ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Inspiring leadership to promote Revvity culture and values.
• Salesforce SFDC proficiency for campaign, lead, funnel reporting and pipeline measurement.
• Proficiency with AI tools for market overviews, analysis and PowerPoint creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the USCAN marketing team to deploy integrated campaigns (SEM, ABM, webinars, social, email, events).
• Coordinate with upstream, creative, and channel teams on launches and budgets.
• Track and ensure timely lead follow-up and disposition with sales managers.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI with analytics to improve messaging and pipeline impact.
• Share performance insights by audience, content, channel, and revenue with partners.
• Manage workflows, calendars, resources, dependencies and approvals in Workfront and Asana.
• Oversee marketing budget and spend forecasts within quarterly/annual caps.
• Contribute to Tier I and lead Tier II USCAN events per global guidelines; define audiences and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive post-event pipeline creation and revenue impact.
