• Clinical trial leadership experience in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Oversee budget, timelines, quality, and milestones; support planning.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; ensure inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D Quality for quality oversight.
• Mentor onboarding of new team members and foster Credo behaviors.
• Travel up to 15-20%.
