Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Manager, State & Local Tax to lead indirect tax compliance, planning, and audits for the company and its subsidiaries. You will also support federal and international tax functions with indirect tax implications and oversee all state and local corporate income tax matters.

This is a 100% remote role reporting to the Director, US Tax & Global Tax Reporting. You will manage 1,100+ sales and use tax returns annually, respond to audits, implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in taxation or accounting preferred.
• 10+ years of state & local tax experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect tax compliance, planning, and audits for the company and subsidiaries.
• Support federal and international tax functions with indirect tax implications.
• Oversee state and local corporate income tax matters.
• Develop state and local indirect tax procedures to ensure internal controls and ASC 450 reserves.
• Manage use of tax tech tools and SAP/Merge implications.
