Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization with responsibility for design, development, and delivery of complex systems and software. You will guide managers and individual contributors, align programs to roadmaps, and partner with executives to influence technical strategy.

Formación

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years of people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of managers and individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions and managing projects across multiple disciplines.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring resources align with roadmaps.
• Engages with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders and executives to communicate status and guide strategic decisions.
