Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Senior Manager, Preventive Maintenance & Engineering Programs to lead development and optimization of preventive maintenance across the hotel portfolio. This role emphasizes program leadership, analytics, training, and audits, collaborating with hotel teams and senior leaders. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with ~30-40% travel.

This fully remote U.S. role reports to the SVP Facilities & Capital Planning and offers a base salary of $130,000–$150,000

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in hospitality engineering, facilities management, maintenance programs, asset management, or related leadership experience.
• Experience administering CMMS and multi-property engineering or facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement efforts.
• Administer CMMS platforms (SynergyMMS, Transcendent, Quore, HotSOS) and governance.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for maintenance performance.
• Create and deliver bilingual training programs for engineering teams.
• Support property openings, transitions, audits, and portfolio-wide support.
