C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses into our global enterprise.

You will build integration plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution across the organization, aligning strategy with measurable outcomes. This role requires exceptional communication, change leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, large-scale, and complex integration projects, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Own critical project documentation, including project charters, plans, process flows and value stream maps, resource requirements, and business cases.
• Bring together internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and decisions, building trust through clear and consistent communication.
• Drive projects forward to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget, taking ownership of outcomes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate.
• Lead teams through change by influencing without direct authority, welcoming different perspectives, and constructively challenging the status quo to achieve stronger outcomes.
• Track, manage, and communicate project progress and financial performance, including resource requirements, budget-to-actual performance, key milestones, and project outcomes.
• Apply a continuous improvement and builder mindset to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and strengthen the tools, processes, and ways of working that support successful integrations.
• Partner with experts across the business to transfer knowledge, strengthen organizational capabilities, and mentor project team members.
