• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, investment documentation, partnership agreements, and related transaction materials.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts, transaction execution, and post-transaction integration support.
• Utilize AI-native legal workflows and technology-enabled legal operations to improve efficiency.
