Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Advisor for a remote role in our Finance team. You will assist families by presenting senior housing options, guiding them through decisions, and coordinating visits to Brookdale communities.

Your ability to build trust, manage leads, and communicate clearly will be key to helping families find the right care solutions. Ideal candidates have at least two years in sales or appointment setting, plus comfort with healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in sales or appointment setting preferred.
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist families seeking senior housing and care options.
• Identify Brookdale communities that best fit a family's needs.
• Schedule visits and coordinate appointments.
• Nurture leads and advance them toward community visits.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support community sales.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and participate in training.
