Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. invites a Senior Consultant to join the Align product within the Veeva Vault CRM Suite. You will lead in global projects, bridge business processes due diligence, and document end-user requirements for client implementations in pharma and medical devices.

You will manage a blend of project management, analysis, and technical product work, mentoring teammates and advancing best practices, with a focus on delivering next-generation Life Sciences solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting with commercial life sciences or pharma operations.
• Hands-on data management and/or process analysis; skilled with MS Excel for smaller datasets and MS Access or SQL for larger datasets.
• Able to travel up to 20% of the time for customer and internal needs.

Responsibilities

• The role is a mix of project management, analysis, and technical product work with advanced configurations.
• Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the subject matter expert.
• Must be able to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the Life Sciences industry and the Veeva solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members as a senior; lead to customers and internal teams.
• Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices, and accelerators.
