Harbor is seeking a Senior Library and Research Analyst to join the Library and Research department. The Analyst, Law Library Operations supports daily administration and delivery of law library services, ensuring records and workflows are accurate so attorneys and staff receive timely information support.

This full-time role is remote from the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada, with standard EST hours.

Qualificações

• MLS or equivalent professional library credential or comparable private law library experience.
• Experience providing law library services in a private law firm, academic law library, or research center.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver timely information support.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain library records for collections, contracts, invoices, orders, and renewals.
• Assist users with electronic resources and access issues promptly and professionally.
• Update research guides, metadata, and shared repositories for efficient team collaboration.
• Create tracking logs and reports on request volume, turnaround, and resource usage.
• Disseminate timely summaries of legal and industry updates to support decision making.
• Coordinate renewals and resource changes with vendors and internal teams.
• Document standard operating procedures and propose workflow improvements.
• Support document delivery and source retrieval for attorneys and staff.
• Participate in training to improve proficiency with legal research tools and systems.
• Support additional research tasks based on priorities and deadlines.
