Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Tax Associate, International Tax. You will prepare and review complex U.S. international tax filings and provide strategic inbound/outbound tax consulting for multinational clients.

Qualifikationen

• Public accounting experience, preferably in a top 10 firm.
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience with strong emphasis on U.S. international tax.
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex international information returns and related calculations.
• Experience with Corporate, S-Corp. and/or Partnership returns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review complex U.S. international tax filings (e.g., Forms 5471/5472/8865/8858/1118/1120-F/8832/8990/8992/8993) and related disclosures.
• Analyze Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, withholding taxes and treaty provisions.
• Deliver inbound and outbound U.S. and international tax consulting, including repatriation planning and structuring.
• Advise on tax aspects of partnerships and international M&A diligence and structuring.
• Develop international tax-saving strategies through transfer pricing and supply chain analysis.
• Draft technical memoranda and client deliverables on U.S. international tax issues.
• Identify planning opportunities and risks for multinational clients; communicate findings to management.
• Coordinate with U.S. domestic tax teams and foreign firms to ensure consistent global outcomes.
• Act as primary client contact for routine data requests; escalate complex issues as needed.
