Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Capacity Manager to oversee mechanical systems, AC distribution, UPS, generator, and site civil activities across the network. The role involves modeling equipment, reviewing CAD drawings, and forecasting capacity needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of related experience with a master's degree.
• AutoCAD proficiency required.
• AC/DC Power Systems knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports infrastructure planning and engineering in mechanical systems, AC distribution, UPS, STS, generator, and site civil.
• Coordinates real estate easements/right-of-way and land purchases impacting site civil work and capacity expansion.
• Triggers projects using feasible, economical means.
• Performs engineering work including design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of equipment.
• Analyzes complex systems to cost-effectively meet requirements.
• Reads and understands electrical one lines, mechanical and architectural drawings; updates CAD drawings.
