Job summary

Storyblok, a leading headless CMS, seeks an Implementation Success Manager to own end-to-end implementation from scoping to value realization. You will translate business needs into clear Statements of Work, align with partners, and drive customer outcomes with commercial discipline.

In this fully remote role based in the United States, you will manage partner relationships, supervise delivery, and collaborate with sales, success, and product teams to accelerate time-to-value for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation within SaaS/CMS.
• Strong ability to scope complex engagements and own Statements of Work.
• Experience managing implementation partners and agencies.
• Commercially aware with focus on customer outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, at senior levels.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and structuring undefined processes.
• Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architecture, or DXPs is a plus.
• Strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, scope, and define success criteria with customers.
• Translate requirements into SOWs, set expectations, protect customer and Storyblok.
• Define engagement scope, timelines, resourcing, and terms with Sales and Success.
• Own relationships with implementation and agency partners throughout delivery.
• Escalate delivery issues, manage risk, and remove blockers.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and translate technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Success, Product, and Solutions teams.
