Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of IAM/IGA across the enterprise.

You will work with Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud apps to implement automated identity governance, RBAC, and data integrations, collaborating with security and software teams. This fully remote role supports healthcare security needs across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IAM/IGA or cybersecurity engineering experience
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
• Saviynt experience
• Experience integrating IAM with AD/Azure AD/LDAP/HR systems
• Strong scripting in Python/PowerShell/Java/JavaScript/SQL
• RBAC and access certification experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and support enterprise IAM/IGA solutions using Saviynt
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and business teams to meet governance needs
• Develop integrations between Saviynt and AD/Entra ID/LDAP and cloud apps
• Create automated identity management processes including provisioning and access reviews
• Build REST APIs and data workflows for secure identity data exchange
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and security monitoring
• Mentor lower-level professionals and manage complex projects
