Canonical is seeking a remote HR professional to deliver accurate HR operations and support talent development initiatives across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, exceptional academic credentials, and a strong understanding of local labor laws.

As a key player, you’ll interact closely with senior stakeholders, drive diversity and inclusion projects, and maintain high standards for performance management. The role involves up to four travels yearly for team alignment.

Qualifications

• HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
• Fluent in business English (written and spoken).

• Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy.
• Interact closely with the Americas HR Manager to create impact across all HR regions.
