Louisiana Blue seeks a senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional to lead validation, assessment, and authorization of IT systems to satisfy the company's cybersecurity requirements.

The role emphasizes risk management, compliance, governance, and mentoring of junior staff, with experience in multiple disciplines and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Audit, and/or related fields required.
• Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Multiple Cybersecurity, IT or Security Governance, Information Systems Audit, Compliance, Risk Management certifications preferred (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, CISM).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Cybersecurity and IT professionals to accomplish governance, risk, and compliance objectives.
• Develops and maintains governance documentation assets, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Trains and mentors junior team members and promotes cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
