Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect and build a modern tax filing platform from the ground up. You’ll own the architecture, backend services, frontend experience, and technical direction in a remote setting.

Requires 5+ years of full-stack experience, Python and FastAPI, REST API design, and modern JavaScript frameworks. You’ll work with AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.
• Experience designing, building, and shipping production applications.
• Frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade web applications.
