Job summary

Securitize is seeking a detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to scale our financial planning and analysis function as a newly public company. You will own BvA reporting, variance analysis, and governance on a public calendar, working with NetSuite and Datarails to ensure data integrity and accurate financial modeling.

The role offers exposure to MD&A, 10-Q/10-K support, and cross‑functional collaboration within a small, high‑ownership team in fintech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting; public company experience preferred.
• Strong NetSuite understanding: ERP data structures, dimensions, mapping to financial models.
• Advanced Excel; Datarails via Excel add-in; familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Accounting foundation; CPA or active CPA track valued; US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring budget vs actual reporting across business lines and entities.
• Own data flow and integrity between NetSuite and Datarails; mapping and reconciliation of actuals.
• Support monthly/quarterly variance analysis for MD&A, 10-Q, and 10-K.
• Build standardized reporting templates to track AUM, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
• Support quarterly board reporting packages and earnings materials.
