Zekai seeks a Senior Flight Operations Expert for a 100% remote contractor role to support a global aviation client. You will review real flight operations documents, briefs, and regulatory references to train AI systems with high-quality, real-world input.

Ideal candidates hold ATPL or CPL with 5+ years of operational experience, demonstrated briefing expertise, and strong knowledge of Part 121/135 and ICAO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed reviews of flight operations documentation (instrument approach plates, flight plans, NOTAMs, weather packages, manuals).
• Perform comprehensive briefings and identify operational issues with clear rationale from a captain/dispatcher perspective.
• Assess flight planning materials for accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance (Part 121, Part 135, ICAO).
• Identify hazards or ambiguities in procedures, documents, or references and explain them clearly.
• Deliver concise written and verbal briefings to support training objectives and scenario clarification.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and provide timely feedback and insights on submitted documentation.
