Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Fitness Coach & Program Designer to create and deliver personalized online fitness programs for a diverse worldwide client base. You will conduct virtual coaching sessions, design periodized training plans, and produce engaging online content.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, strong communication, and independence in a fully remote setting; CPT certification and a related Bachelor's degree are preferred, with competitive salary and growth

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a certified personal trainer or fitness coach with online/remote coaching experience.
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement evidence-based online fitness programs tailored to client goals.
Conduct one-on-one and small-group virtual coaching sessions via video conference.
Create engaging fitness content for workout videos, articles, and social media.
Monitor client progress with check-ins, tracking, and adjustments to plans.
Stay current with research in fitness, nutrition, and exercise science.
