Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Profile Development for Deposit Applications team. You will sustain a legacy FIS Profile DDA environment across 12 branch instances and lead assessment efforts for upcoming large-scale upgrades.

Responsibilities include code design, testing, documentation, and cross-team collaboration across Development, QA, and Release. Strong MUMPS and PSL skills required, with PowerBuilder experience for PF W interfaces.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience focused on core deposit applications and DDA environments.
Mastery of MUMPS programming language and deep knowledge of FIS Profile v6.2 / AMR99.
UI maintenance with PowerBuilder for PF window interfaces.
Experience with PSL (Profile Scripting Language).
Familiarity with UrbanCode, Perforce, ServiceNow tooling.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance legacy Profile v6.2/AMR99 and PF W code across 12 branch instances.
Lead upgrade assessment and strategy for highly customized application codes.
Provide end-to-end technical support for Development, QA, Release, and Production environments.
Perform rigorous code reviews and validate vendor fixes against coding standards.
Document changes and execute unit testing before handoff to QA and Release teams.
Assist with production support workflows and data/audit compliance.
