Job summary

Olsson is seeking a remote Senior Fire Protection Engineer to lead fire protection design for complex and secure facilities, including hyperscale data centers. You will provide technical leadership and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with stringent codes and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a PE license. Benefits include a competitive 401(k) match and comprehensive health care packages.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fire protection engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA standards, IBC, IFC, UFCs.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or secure facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of fire protection systems for secure facilities.
• Develop fire suppression and alarm system designs.
• Serve as technical expert and client liaison for projects.
