Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
• Preferred: SQL, Tableau/Power BI, RStudio, Python, Excel Power Queries.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare and analyze monthly volume and financial reporting for Medical Center Hospital and Clinical Network sites.
• Proactive identification and analysis of business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.
• Perform review of financial statements, with in-depth month-end review with key stakeholders to ensure financial performance.
• Support manager in preparation of presentations for Leadership and Board of Directors, ad-hoc analysis including dashboards and data infrastructure.
• Coordinate multiple deliverables and act as an ambassador across teams to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to identify actionable and quantifiable actions to achieve financial performance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
