Formación

• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database query languages
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Hands on experience with generative AI to improve productivity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Must be located in US

Responsabilidades

• Act as a business partner with various internal and external shareholders
• Provide data and analysis to support the unit's mission of providing the highest quality healthcare for our members
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and packages
• Demonstrate ability to create and modify code and scripts in SQL to deliver actionable insights
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources using SQL Server Management Studio
• Communicate processes and requirements to business and technical staff
• Use SQL to identify and analyze trends for leadership to act on
• Prepare complex ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel
• Streamline processes for efficiency and identify cost and time savings
• Ensure accuracy of premiums via reconciliation reporting
