CVS Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Aetna Better Health of Virginia in a fully remote capacity across the US. The role blends data analytics with financial planning, requiring SQL proficiency, strong Excel skills, and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database query languages and/or 3+ years of FP&A experience
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Hands on experience with generative AI to improve productivity and decision-making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be located in the US

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive insights
• Provide data and analysis to support healthcare financial goals
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and packages
• Write and modify SQL code to deliver actionable insights from data
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources using SQL Server Management Studio
• Communicate processes and requirements to business and technical staff
• Create ad hoc reports in SQL and Excel and develop new reports as needed
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and identify cost savings
• Ensure accuracy of premiums through reconciliation reporting
• Represent the finance team in plan/provider meetings as needed
• Explain business drivers and market trends to leadership
• Assist project teams as a subject matter expert
