Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our global finance team, supporting pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the Automotive division in Europe and North America.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, drive business initiatives, and help shape the financial future of a fast-paced, international organization. The role can be based remotely in the U.S., with preference for the Eastern or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BA/Controlling or similar
• Master's Degree in Finance/ FBP training, controlling, accounting and tax
• Experience in finance & controlling within a multi-cultural environment; FP&A and/or group controlling

Responsibilities

• Perform profitability reviews, variance analysis and financial modelling to support decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts with accuracy.
• Collaborate with supply chain, commercial and sales teams to provide actionable financial insights.
• Support business case development, cost analysis and strategic initiative evaluation.
• Drive process improvements through finance tools and automation initiatives.
• Conduct post-investment reviews and recommend corrective actions.
