Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Sr. Staff Field Quality Engineer to support customers in the Southwest region. Remote-based role reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, Installations, focusing on on-time, safe site commissioning.

Required are a strong mechanical/electrical background, 5+ years field experience, and ability to communicate design intent clearly to partners and customers. Salesforce/Oracle experience is preferred.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 10 years of relevant work experience.
MS desirable.
Minimum 5 years of field experience constructing, installing and commissioning complex power systems.

Responsibilities

Audit and support site construction and Bloom Energy product installations to design requirements.
Gate Bloom Energy and EPC projects from proceeding to service phase by inspecting site construction and product installations.
Document, track and drive resolution of cross-functional deficiencies from design to operations.
