Job summary

IMSolutions, LLC seeks a Senior Executive Consultant / Deputy BPA Program Manager to act as the agency-designated alternate to HUD’s BPA Program Manager. The role blends executive advisory services with BPA program management, requiring leadership across strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation.

The candidate will support HUD senior leadership, coordinate task-orders, manage risks, and ensure high-quality service delivery, with remote work and national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting or executive advisory services.
• Experience advising executives or senior government officials on complex organizational, policy, or governance matters.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under short deadlines.
• Strong judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IMSolutions’ agency-designated Alternate Contract/Project Manager during absences or emergencies.
• Advise HUD executives on strategic initiatives, priorities, and enterprise-wide improvements.
• Research and analyze complex business, organizational, financial, and governance matters.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations, executive summaries, and strategic roadmaps.
• Translate executive objectives into defined workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor task-order performance, staffing, schedules, quality, and risks.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect restricted information.
• Support continuity of operations and transition activities.
