Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years IT or business experience.
• 2 years of Epic specific experience.
• Epic certifications for Grand Central or Prelude are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of Epic workflows, data collection, and technical issues; design, build, and maintain solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents through the help desk, including 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, maintenance items, upgrades, and projects in collaboration with teams.
• Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases; ensure test scripts reflect workflow solutions.
• Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support design and changes.
• Participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain records.
• Understand workflows and integration across clinical/revenue cycle systems.
• Create new workflows with SMEs; mentor team members and end users.
