Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Englewood, CO, is seeking a Sr. Epic Bridges Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain hospital data integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.

You will lead complex projects with APIs, ESBs, and message queues, mentor teams, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure data integrity across Clinical and Revenue Cycle platforms in a remote-eligible role.

Qualifications

7-8 years of healthcare integration experience.
Bachelor's in CS, Technology, Medical, or Business.
Experience with hospital workflows and Epic Bridges.
Proficient in APIs, ESBs, and messaging systems.
7-9 years overall integration project experience.
PM proficiency and project lifecycle knowledge.
Experience with HL7, HIPAA, and EDI engines.
Project Management Professional certification.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership through motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating.
May be called upon to lead in major incidents or failure.
Participates in on-call rotations and major incident resolution if required.
Lead smaller EAI teams in medium to large complex projects or programs.
Heavy emphasis on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management product lines and workflow.
Leads code/peer reviews of multi-facility or application development work.
Remote eligible.
