Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture
• Re-architect the technology flow so Facilitation handles ten times Wilmington's current load
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Defend Apple uptime through the 2 a.m. Wilmington pages nobody volunteers for
• Build the GraphQL tooling that makes every other Wilmington engineer faster
