Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
• Experience overseeing multiple development functions including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, quality, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for clinical development operations and ensure efficient execution of programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including regulatory, quality, CMC, and manufacturing to meet milestones.
• Institute governance for program management, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Develop operational plans to support growth, partnerships, and corporate objectives.
