Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Sr. Director of Communications in Austin to build and lead proactive earned media and public relations strategies. You will shape external narratives, manage media relationships, and guide executive communications to strengthen ABC’s reputation across families and teammates.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or reputation management with leadership responsibility.
• Experience advising senior executives on reputation strategy, thought leadership, and crisis communications.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated, reputation-sensitive industries preferred.
