Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager for a remote role serving the Real Estate & Construction space. You will drive complex programs from planning through execution, ensuring accountability and measurable delivery across business leaders and strategic partners.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually. This role emphasizes clarity for complex work and delivering outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction practices including varied project delivery methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• US Citizenship required due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with updated budgets and schedules.
• Create and present monthly status updates for executive reviews.
• Develop and maintain a master development program for site(s).
• Oversee entitlement and permitting processes for assigned projects.
• Implement multi-phased site development plans and continuously update campus master plans.
• Write scopes of work and assist in procurement and cost estimation.
• Establish and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
