Amentum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our US-remote Cyber GR&C team. The role owns enterprise cyber risk assessment work, evaluating decisions across the business and presenting risk in business terms to leaders aligned with the risk appetite.

The position emphasizes assessment-driven work beyond compliance, ensuring risk is identified, framed, and mitigated across networks, cloud, endpoints, and identities. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience; or 4 years with a Master's, plus a CS/IS degree.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and third-party cyber risk assessment.
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification; hands-on capability valued over credentials.
• U.S. Citizenship and US remote-telework residency within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Conduct cyber risk assessments across the enterprise and identify risk to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Articulate cyber risk to leadership in clear, decision-ready terms.
• Lead cyber risk reviews including third-party and software risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure coherent risk treatment across frameworks.
• Assess risk implications of networking, cloud, endpoint, and identity decisions.
• Communicate when residual risk exceeds appetite and specify reductions.
• Improve GR&C operational processes and evidence handling.
• Stay current on cyber risk, threats, and regulatory landscape.
• Travel up to 25%.
