Job summary

UNICEF seeks a Senior Expert I for Corporate Risk Benchmarking to lead cross‑organizational risk benchmarking, D1/D2 analysis, and pilot deployments across emergency contexts. Proven ability to analyze risk registers, manage workshops with senior managers, and collaborate with UN and partner agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters in Economics, organizational management, audit.
• Work Experience: 10+ years in enterprise risk management, internal control or audit; 5+ years in UN or humanitarian org.
• Knowledge: ISO 31000, COSO ERM, Three Lines Model, risk appetite frameworks.
• Experience with risk registers, control frameworks, and assurance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk benchmarking with other organizations inside and outside UN System.
• Lead D1/D2 analysis and at least 2 pilot cases.
• Contribute to refinement of revised ToC and normative framework.
• Collaborate with UNICEF staff across emergency contexts to improve risk governance.
