With a base salary exceeding $750,000 and meaningful bonus participation, the position can be performed fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. The firm seeks candidates with a portable practice typically in the $2m–$5m+ range and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Established Corporate / Private Equity Partner with typically 7+ years PQE.
• Demonstrable portable practice generally in the $2m–$5m+ range.
• Motivated by platform build and long-term influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale M&A and Private Equity practice nationally.
• Shape strategy and grow a team around an active client base.
• Manage sponsor-side and portfolio company M&A deals.
