Qualifications

• Construction-related work experience is required.
• Experience handling insurance defense matters.
• Strong written advocacy, including motions and memoranda, depositions, and trial prep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend a variety of Civil litigation matters, including General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Professional Liability.
• Manage matters from inception through settlement or trial while working independently.
• Collaborate with clients and experts to build strong defenses.
