Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Senior, Compliance & Monitoring to support the Compliance and Monitoring team by analyzing and reviewing grant compliance documentation. The role ensures audit-ready records, supports policy and training, and collaborates with program teams to resolve issues.

You will perform second-level reviews, prepare compliance reports, and strengthen internal controls across federal and state programs.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional office experience including finance, accounting, audit, and/or compliance.
• Knowledge of federal funded programs and 2 CFR.

Responsibilities

• Performs second level review of grant compliance documentation to verify completeness and adherence to requirements.
• Provides oversight to ensure audit-ready program records and internal controls.
• Communicates regulatory requirements to stakeholders and supports capacity-building and training.
