Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the company’s compliance programs across healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and AML. The role reports to the Corporate Compliance Director and ensures effective frameworks, due diligence, and policy development across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in anti-corruption compliance (with a JD or Masters) and familiarity with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Anti-Corruption compliance experience with a Masters degree, including transaction monitoring and distributors due diligence.
• Alternatively, minimum of 5 years of Anti-Corruption experience with a J.D. from an accredited law school, including the same responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of anti-corruption regulations (e.g., FCPA) and global compliance frameworks.
• CCEP certification: preferred
• Healthcare compliance experience in medical devices/pharma is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Medical Device Compliance Program aligned with OIG guidance and healthcare regulations.
• Draft and update policies, procedures, and guidelines; assess and address new risk areas.
• Conduct risk analyses; identify vulnerabilities and create mitigation plans.
• Develop and deliver compliance training on multiple policies (HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Antitrust, etc.).
• Perform transaction monitoring reviews and third-party due diligence.
• Lead self-audit cycles for anti-corruption and antitrust.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, HR, Finance, Regulatory and other functions.
• Prepare management reports on incidents, investigations, and compliance activities.
• Assist with government bids or contracts documentation.
