Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Senior Combat Systems Engineering Consultant to advise the Navy ICS PAPM on hardware, networking, and IaaS/MCE development and qualification for future Integrated Combat Systems configurations. You will join a fast-paced team supporting shipboard systems modernization.

This fully remote, part-time role (20–29 hours per week) requires Navy program leadership, DoD architecture experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a defense-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years Navy program management experience or a Bachelor's with 15+ years in lieu.
• Experience in a senior role on a Navy acquisition program.
• U.S. Citizenship and a current/active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Navy ICS PAPM on development, qualification for hardware and peripherals and networking systems.
• Provide technical support for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and MCE 2.0 networking, processing and storage.
• Serve as SME in ICS hardware acquisition and procurement activities.
