The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in migration architecture, and strong consulting skills. Location near Chicago or Wisconsin preferred; citizenship/work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Migration Architect or similar enterprise role.
• 10+ years in IT with strong app architecture and cloud experience.
• Experience leading large migration initiatives in Fortune 500 environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver migration strategy for enterprise portfolios.
• Lead architecture for migration across on-premise, public and private clouds.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and program leadership on migration approaches.
• Assess requirements, risks, and cost/operational impacts for migrations.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance during execution and ensure security and compliance.
