Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Data Caching Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate enterprise data-caching platforms across Azure, Google Cloud, and on‑premises environments.

You will build IaC pipelines and support Redis-based technologies to ensure secure, scalable caching services for critical applications. This role requires 24x7 on‑call support, collaboration with security and operations, and a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 5+ years in Platform/Cloud Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with Azure Managed Redis, Google Cloud Memorystore, Redis Enterprise or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, automate, and support enterprise data-caching platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Develop and maintain IaC and deployment frameworks using Terraform.
• Provide Level 3 production support, including 24x7 on-call rotation and RCAs.
• Drive reliability, performance, and security of caching platforms.
• Partner with application, cloud, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability.
