Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead or support pivotal studies, ensuring rigorous clinical and scientific execution of protocols. The role involves acting as the scientific lead for the Clinical Trial Team and coordinating with IRBs and sites.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in pharma/biopharma with 2+ years as a lead CS and strong data monitoring experience. On-site or remote flexibility may apply per program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years with BS/BA in pharma/biopharma or related field in the last 10 years.
• Minimum 2 years as lead CS on phase I–IV trials in last 5 years.
• Minimum 2 years medical monitoring experience with AE review and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support studies with accountability for clinical/scientific execution.
• Act as clinical contact for scientific issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Set up/participate in MM, MMP, SAE review and safety monitoring.
• Contribute to protocol design, CSRs, and trial documents.
• Provide scientific input to data management and publications as needed.
